I've flown the rare 10' dual line kite that came along in past years so I understand the thrill this sort of kite provides a flyer. The powerful presence in the sky. The degree of control. The absolute pleasure of flying a kite of this magnitude - words just can't describe it, you must feel it. I've designed the Centurion to capture that experience without compromising the agility of my less majestic wings. The accuracy is to the extreme. Downward cornering, which is my test for any larger profile kite, is as crisp and clean as I could have hoped for.

The C stalls, hovers and side slides with uncanny precision. Acceleration and Deceleration are spot on. Tip stabs and ground launches are sharp. Axels are floaty in slow motion. With a heavier upper spreader, included per request, you can turn the C into a trick monster - with turtle manuevers the biggest ever.

The Centurion is a most satisfying 10' wing and I have no doubt that everyone who flys this ground-breaking kite will enjoy it for years to come.

Custom made to order in your choice of colors from Chikara Ripstop Nylon and featuring wrapped carbon graphite Skyshark framesets. This is a high performance kite suitable for experienced flyers.



Set up is amazingly easy for a kite of this size. I've designed a three piece leading edge created from linear wrapped carbon graphite spars by Sky Shark. By utilizing these stiff and durable spars the sail's accuracy of design is preserved creating a degree of performance previous pultruded or fiberglass large wings were not able to enjoy.
The deep 14" tunnel, the graceful arc of the trailing edge, the slimly profiled wings all come together to create a kite that will perform with an ease of flight that belies the size - 10' span and over 5' high.
